Hydro Rebound Bump
The Hydro Rebound Bump System is included in all Donerre dampers. This system improves the longevity of the damper components; it also prevents violent mechanical contact in full rebound phases. This system is so effective that axle check straps are not required in the rally raid series.
With the Lithum, Donerre wanted to enable more customers to achieve
a factory team solution by using only one damper per wheel, while
preserving / maintaining the effectiveness of the conventionnal
system of two dampers per wheel.
This system allows more
people to have access to their racing damper technology.
The Lithium body (Ø68) was developed, after thorough research.
The first test results already showed the indisputable efficiency of
this product.
This damper, designed to be installed only one per wheel, turned
the rallying world on its head. All the latest technologies - shaft Ø25, DETRA system, and Hydro bump stops in compression
as well as in rebound are incorporated in this product yet the price
remains very reasonable.
The Donerre damper can without any doubt be qualified as the most solid and effective damper
in the world and is not designed only to be used in the
rally world, it is also available for any other applications.

Zenium
The ZENIUM unit is an absolute state of the art and ready to race shock absorber developed by Donerre to fulfill the highest demands in motorcycle racing. This full adjustable damper has been released for production after extensive testing with professional teams and riders to reach an excellent performance level and outstanding durability and reliability, standards where all Donerre Products are known for.
The ZENIUM dampers are available in different configurations for as well on-road and off-road application, all build to cope with the specific demands and conditions of the particular motorsport discipline. Calibration of the zero needle position in the adjust mechanisms and vacuuming of the oil with sophisticated equipment are standard integrated in the assembly process. This in combination with the use of high quality materials, advanced coatings, and close tolerated dimensions makes that each ZENIUM damper will always match the tested settings. An ingenious system makes that the external adjusting of compression damping does not influence the rebound damping characteristics and vise versa. Just as all other Donerre suspension units have of course also the ZENIUM dampers passed the modern shock dyno before they will be send out to the customer. Donerre offers a wide range of springs for the ZENIUM damper.

B40 Bump Stop
Its dissipating power allows us to use a hydraulic setting and flexible blades to gain in comfort, grip, and mobility. When receiving/experiencing jumps or high impact, this hydraulic stop prevents the truck to block itself. This results in better performance of the truck, lifetime extension of the mechanical parts, and less fatigue for the drivers, pilots and mechanics. This hydraulic stop has been used in trucks of 5 to 20 ton.
